To support conference organisers utilising Auckland Convention Centre’s services and bringing business to our venues, we have developed the Conference Assistance Programme, an alternative to traditional bridging finance.
In addition to bid assistance offered to our clients, the Conference Assistance Programme provides funds that can be utilised for:
- The services of an experienced Professional Conference Organiser to establish a marketing plan and review the planning and services required for the conference
- Early marketing and promotion of the conference (sometimes the funds necessary to implement a detailed plan and to market convention events may not become available until delegate registration fees start coming in)
- Payment of deposits to secure venues and services at our venues.
