Ensuring the highest levels of safety for all visitors to Auckland Convention Centre is a top priority.

Our Security Services department features a highly trained professional team who are on-site 24/7. Closely monitoring our venues with extensive camera surveillance and electronic door access systems, they ensure an immediate response to the unlikely event of a situation occurring – without compromising your delegates’ experience.

Security Services can also provide your delegates with “lock down” (exclusive use of our venues with no public access), and can liaise with the New Zealand Police if required. In addition, Auckland Convention Centre is the only venue in New Zealand able to offer close protection services for VIPs.
