• Discover the arts with the innovative Learning, Participation and Access programmes. THE EDGE continue to create opportunities for students, teachers, children, families and the community to access new New Zealand work in performing arts as well as experience large scale performances and theatre from our national and regional companies.

• Our Contemporary Programme maximises opportunities for the development of performing artists and their work.

• We host the subscription performances of some of New Zealand’s major performing arts companies in addition to hosting Annual Festivals and Visiting Shows, which add to the vibrant and varied arts experience we offer.
