  • Can I top-up or renew my Gift Voucher?
    You cannot add to an existing Gift Voucher, however you can easily purchase another.  You may also use your Gift Voucher to purchase another with a new 12 month period, as long as this is requested and confirmed prior to the expiration date of the original Gift Voucher.

  • What if my purchase is more than my Gift Voucher?
    You may use any combination of Gift Vouchers, cash, or credit cards accepted by THE EDGE.

  • Can I return my Gift Voucher or exchange it for cash?
    Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • What do I do if I lose my Gift Voucher?
    You are responsible for the safe keeping of your Gift Voucher.  Treat it just as you would cash.

  • How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
    Gift Vouchers can be redeemed on the website, in person at the Box Office, or phone our call centre on 09 357 3355 or 0800 BUY TICKETS (289 842).
    You can present the Gift Voucher at the Box Office, enter the unique Gift Voucher number on the Payment page on our website, or quote the Gift Voucher number when making your booking.

  • What can I use my Gift Voucher to buy?

    Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for THE EDGE tickets only, and may not be used for the purchase of merchandise, food and beverages at THE EDGE.

  • What happens to any unused balance on my Gift Voucher?
    Use any remaining balance by the expiry date.  Any remaining balance will be retained by THE EDGE and cannot be refunded or credited after expiry.

  • Can I extend the expiry date of my Gift Voucher?
    Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve months and must be used by the expiry date.

    Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
