1. Redemption. THE EDGE Gift Vouchers can be used for purchases online at www.the-edge.co.nz, via THE EDGE telephone lines and at THE EDGE Box Offices. If the cost of the ticket purchase exceeds the available credit of THE EDGE Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to make up the difference between the purchase price of the ticket and the value of THE EDGE Gift voucher. If the cost of a ticket purchased is less than the value of THE EDGE Gift voucher, a new voucher(s) will be issued if the difference is $10 or more. If the balance is less than $10, the remaining value will be paid to the holder of THE EDGE Gift Voucher in cash.
2. Use of THE EDGE Gift Vouchers. THE EDGE Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be redeemed for merchandise, food or beverages sold at THE EDGE. THE EDGE Gift Vouchers do not entitle entry to an event without first being redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. THE EDGE will not replace and accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
4. Expiration Dates. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the back of the voucher.
5. Restrictions on Use. Gift Vouchers may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without prior written approval from THE EDGE and may not be sold other than through THE EDGE website, via THE EDGE telephone lines and THE EDGE Box Offices. THE EDGE reserves the right to limit quantities of Gift Vouchers purchased by any person or entity. THE EDGE reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if it believes that the Gift Voucher was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
6. Privacy Policy. Gift Vouchers and their use on THE EDGE website are subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of THE EDGE.
7. Terms and Conditions. Use of THE EDGE Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. THE EDGE reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion without notice.
