Ticket Purchase at THE EDGE
You can buy tickets for performances at THE EDGE venues through our own in-house ticketing service.
There are a number of ways you can book:
Purchase Tickets Online
You will find event information and can book tickets online on this website.
A "Select Your Own Seat" function is available for most events at The Civic. This feature enables you to view which seats are already sold and to choose your preferred seats from the remaining availability. Select Your Own Seat is in development for the Aotea Centre and Auckland Town Hall.
Purchase Tickets In Person
Visit THE EDGE box office at The Civic theatre to purchase or collect tickets.
From 26 July THE EDGE box office will relocate from Aotea Centre to The Civic.
The Civic box office opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm
The Civic box office also opens 90 mins prior to an event at the Civic. The box office is closed on most public holidays.
The Aotea Centre and Auckland Town Hall Box Offices are also open for ticket purchase and ticket collection 90 minutes prior to a performance, and the Herald Theatre 60 mins prior to performance.
Purchase Tickets By Phone
To book tickets at THE EDGE phone our call centre on 09 357 3355 or 0800 BUY TICKETS (289 842). Our call centre is open 9am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The call centre is closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Ticket Collection
If you have already purchased tickets these can be collected from the Aotea Centre box office during normal opening hours (above) or from the venue box office prior to the performance.
Service Fees
A fee is charged for postage, handling and processing of tickets. The following fees will apply to all tickets purchased for events at THE EDGE venues:

$1.50 per ticket for tickets valued less than $30, $3 for tickets valued at $30 or more. |

| Couriered Tickets |
An additional $5.50 per transaction for standard couriers and $6 for rural couriers. Couriered tickets will be delivered within three-five working days. Couriers are unable to deliver tickets to P.O. Box addresses. |
Currency
All ticket prices listed on this website and other promotional material are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Refunds and exchanges
Please note there are no refunds or exchanges permitted, except as required under consumer law. Full Terms and Conditions of sale, are printed on the reverse of the ticket.
